Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all legal transactions between Chelsea-Connects e.U. (hereinafter referred tp as "Chelsea-Connects" or "Organiser") and their clients, especially regarding the services that are provided as part o the language courses and activities offered by Chelsea-Connects.
These General Terms and Conditions in their current version are applicable from the time of execution of the contract. The General Terms and Conditions also apply to all future agreements, even when these agreements are not expressly referred to.
The registration must be submitted in writing (by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org) or online at (http://www.chelsea-connects.eu/Kontakt) using the contract form provided by Chelsea-Connects. You are considered enrolled in a course as soon as you have made the required payments and your registration has been confirmed.
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. It is necessary to register at least 14 days before the start of any course. Each application should contain all necessary personal information, as well as the course title and the course number in which the participant would like to enrol. Applications by anyone under the age of 18 must also include the signature of a parent or legal guardian.
Course fees must be paid at least 14 days prior to the start of the course. Payments can be made via bank transfer (and must be sent without any additional fees incurred by receiver) to

or directly via our homepage (http://chelsea-connects.eu) by a credit card or debit card payment.
The client agrees that in the event of late payment, all costs necessary for appropriate legal prosecution, costs for reminders and collection charges, as well as standard default interest shall be their sole responsibility.
Rebooking a Course
Depending on availability, and for a handling fee of EURO 35,- you can rebook your course once after agreement with the organiser, and up to 14 days before the start of the course.
Clients who are considered end users according to the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG), in the version at execution of the contract, have the right to withdraw, remotely or off premises, the contract within 14 days after the execution of the contract, and without providing a reason for withdrawal. The limit for withdrawal shall start on the day of execution of the contract. To exercise your right to withdraw, you must contact us at
and inform us, in a clear and concise way, about your decision to withdraw from this contract. While no specific form is prescribed, you are free to use he sample form for withdrawal from our website (http://www.chelsea-connects.eu) and fill in your personal details. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send a confirmation of your request to withdraw (e.g. by email).
Consequences of a Withdrawal
Your withdrawal request must be sent before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period. If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund any payments received from you within 14 days of receiving your notice to withdraw. Refunds will be issued via the initial payment method used when registering for the course, unless other arranements have been made. You will not be charged any fees for this repayment. If withdrawal occurs after the start of any course or service, reimbursement will be prorated based on services already provided coreelated to the initially agreed upon services.
If you have participated in one of our courses, and ae considering attendin another course, pelase follow the registration process as described above. There is no automatic reservation in place for subsequent courses.
Compensation for Damages
The paricipants are liable for all damages caused by them and are obliged to pay compensation according to applicable law. We do to not provide accident or health insurance for the participants. Legal guardians are responsible for any participant under the age of 18 ( at time of registration)
Exclusion of Liability
We assume no responsibility for the personal items and/or documents of the participants, even in the case of theft.
Course Cancellation Policy/Excursion of a Participant due to Misconduct
Chelsea-Connects reserves the right to cancel any course or service agreement for compelling reason, and to exclude the participants from further participation in the respective course or seminar. Compelling reason can be but is not limited to: the minimun number of participants envisaged for the respective course or seminar was not met; the language trainer appointed for the course or seminar is not available; the course cannot be carried out (any longer) due to other reasons. If a course is cancelled under this policy, the participant will be reimbursed the entie course fee.
In the first event that, despite a first warning, a course/ seminar cannot be carried out properly due to the misconduct of a participant, or if complaints are continuously made to the organiser about said participant, the organiser shall be entitiled to exclude the respective participant frrom further activities. In this case the participant will receive a prorated refund of course fees for any classes not yet attended.
